Terms of Service

You must be old enough to consent to these Terms in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for the content you submit and for maintaining the security of your account.

You may only clone a voice you own or have explicit permission to use. You agree not to use voice cloning to impersonate others, deceive, or cause harm.

Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. Free trials convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends. Manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store account.

Do not misuse the products, interfere with their operation, or attempt to access them in unauthorized ways. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

The products are provided “as is.” Translation and learning outcomes vary. “Fluent” describes the voice, not a guaranteed result.
