This Privacy Policy explains how Voicely (“we”) handles information in the Voicely app, on Voicely Live, and across this website. This page is a template summary and should be reviewed by legal counsel before launch.
Your voice recordings
When you clone your voice, we use your recording solely to create your translation and practice audio. We do not sell your voice data. You can delete your voice and associated data at any time from Settings in the app.
Information we collect
Account details you provide (such as email), usage and device information to operate and improve the products, and content you submit (such as text to translate or voice samples). For Voicely Live events, we process audio in real time to produce translations and captions.
How we use information
To provide voice cloning, translation, learning, and live-translation features; to maintain security; to communicate with you; and to improve our products. We aim to minimize retention of raw audio.
Sharing
We share information with service providers that help us run the products (for example, speech, translation, and hosting providers) under appropriate confidentiality obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Your choices
You can access, correct, or delete your data, and manage your subscription and notifications. Contact us to exercise these rights.
